Our principle, Desmond Maslen, has been working in the Marine and Engineering industries for over 26years. It
is with these years of experience and knowledge that he invented and developed and patented "The Sea-Grass Friendly Mooring"
system.
On Water Marine Services also provides traditional mooring systems in areas where sea grass is not present.

Our business has been primarily built up on the installation and servicing of private, public and commercial
mooring systems in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Nelson Bay areas.
The evident degredation of the sea bed where these types of moorings are located prompted us into action, to
allow vessels to be moored in ecologically sensitive areas without damaging the sea bed.
